Using the site
By using Moeex Games you agree to these terms. The games are free to play for your own entertainment. If you don't agree with the terms, please don't use the site.
Who owns what
The games, their code, artwork, names and the content of this site belong to Moeez Amir. Some parts come from others under open licences: the three.js library (MIT License), the character models in Tray Rush by Quaternius (CC0, public domain), and fonts from Google Fonts under their own licences.
What you may not do
- copy, re-host, sell or redistribute the games or the content of this site
- modify the games or present them as your own work
- try to disrupt the site, overload it or get around its protections
Sharing links to the site and posting your own screenshots or videos of the games is welcome, as long as you credit Moeex Games or @moeex.creates.
No warranty
The games are provided as they are. I work to keep them running well on modern phones and computers, but I can't promise they will always be available, error-free or work on every device. Games may change or be removed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the games, including lost game progress.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are for your convenience. Their content and terms are their own.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
